Default Runes/Insignia for Monk armor

I've been reading up a bit on this lately, and I'd prefer just to get a concensus on this because there are many conflicting views on this.

I normally use radiant insigs on my armor, and I used to roll with a Sup Rune of whatever I was specializing in. But lately I've been told to go Survivor insigs, with a minor rune.

If I am monking for GvG/HA, what insigs/runes should I be using? I use a sup vigor always, but besides that. I'm no stranger to monking, I know my builds and skill allottment, I'd just like to keep pace armor-wise.

Most PvP monks I know run Survivor Insignia with minor runes. Maybe a Major....maybe. Infusers should run about 600-650hp.

For PvP, Minor runes only, and either full Survivor's or Survivor's with Blessed/Stalwart on chest.

Yes on Survivor and minor runes or Stalwart.I find it hard how you would get 650 hp for an infuser or anything really.
